On Friday 28th October employees at The Printed Word are taking part in a 24 hour sponsored game of “Wiff Waff” otherwise known as Table Tennis.
Many of the staff members are keen and the event will be overseen by one of our senior members Dave Richardson who has played T.T. for over 45 years both in the Horsham and Worthing T.T. leagues. He is looking forward to a lot of fun and laughter throughout the 24 hours.
There will be continuous play at Coldwaltham Youth Club, a great venue where there is a kitchen for refreshments (there may even be a BBQ) and an area for some of the players to put their feet up and heads down in between their time off at the table whilst others are playing.
If there is anyone that would like to join us do come along, we will have some spare bats.
We hope to raise lots of money that will go towards the Vera Lynn Trust fund, which is such a worthwhile cause.
