Haldi Indian and Bangladeshi Restaurant is the latest local business to get involved in Horsham 100 by creating their signature Horsham100 dish.
The Horsham100 dish sees cubes of chicken breast marinated and flavoured with coriander and garlic grilled with peppers, onions and tomatoes. It is then cooked in a little medium spicy sauce with green chillies and yogurt. It is also available with fish or king prawns.
So make sure you look out for the ‘Horsham 100′ dish when paying a visit to Haldi Indian and Bangladeshi restaurant in Southwater! It will be launching later this month!
